PAT SHOP OPENS ITS DOORS TO CUSTOMERS ON THE NET
5 Dec 2002 - To mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadan, the PETRONAS Adventure Team is celebrating another milestone - the soft launch of the PETRONAS Adventure Shop (PAT Shop) on the Internet.
The PAT Shop emphasises on adventure gear and equipment for 4WD enthusiasts through Adventure Sports Gear and Equipment Sdn. Bhd. From camping equipment to the Silk Road VCD, the PAT Shop is also selling Suunto watches with a built-in Global Positioning System!
"Although the PAT Shop is in cyberspace, we still accept payment the old-fashioned way which is via cheque or by telegraphic transfer," says Azman Baharuddin, PAT's Promotions and Marketing Director.
